A bomb exploded in the eastern city of Lahore, Pakistan. The blast occurred at rush hour. 11 people were killed and 61 others injured.

"We are investigating the motive for the explosion," said police officer Mohammad Riaz told AFP.

The number of victims of the explosion is estimated to continue to rise given that most of the victims injured in critical condition.
